How Stabilize helps your patients bring better data to visits

Stabilize is a patient-facing app that helps women in perimenopause and menopause track their HRT regimens and symptoms. The goal is simple: give your patients a way to bring structured, useful data to their appointments.

Instead of trying to reconstruct weeks of symptoms from memory during a short visit, your patients can hand you (or email you) a clear summary of what's been happening.

What Your Patients Can Share

Medication Adherence
See when patients changed patches, took progesterone, or applied estradiol gel. Track whether they're following the prescribed schedule and identify any gaps in adherence.
Symptom Trends Over Time
View severity trends for hot flashes, sleep quality, mood changes, brain fog, and other symptoms. See how symptoms change across weeks or months—especially useful when titrating doses or switching formulations.
Patient Notes
Patients can add free-text notes about anything they want to flag—timing of symptoms, life events that might be relevant, questions they want to ask. These notes are included in exports.
Flexible Date Ranges
Patients choose what period to export. They might share a full month, just the past week, or everything since their last appointment.

How It Works for You

No account required. You don't need to sign up for anything or log into a portal. Stabilize is entirely patient-controlled.

PDF exports are the primary output. Patients generate a PDF summary and share it however works best for your practice—email, print, or showing you directly on their phone.

Data is patient-generated and patient-reported. As with any patient-reported data, it should be considered one input among many. The app does not verify adherence independently; it records what the patient logs.

Important Reminder

Stabilize is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice to patients. It does not recommend doses or treatments. It is purely a tracking and reporting tool. For complete information, see our Medical Disclaimer.
